Privacy note
How Dune Scholars handles the details you send through our contact and "Request a prototype" forms.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email and message. From the "Request a prototype" form: your name, role, email, and optionally a phone number. We also collect details about your school, such as its name, location and size, and your answers about what you need. We don't ask for any information about learners, and please don't include any.
Why
We use these details only to reply to you and to build a prototype for your school. We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Contact messages are emailed straight to the Dune Scholars inbox and are not kept on the website. Only if an email can't be delivered is a copy kept securely with our website host, Cloudflare, until we have replied. Prototype requests are stored securely with Cloudflare and a copy is emailed to the Dune Scholars inbox. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.
How long
We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing dunescholars@gmail.com.
Games and learners
Our games and the rest of this website don't collect personal information. If you are under 13, please ask a parent, carer or teacher to contact us for you.
